Blended goodness

My morning smoothie recipe:

1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 scoop greens
1 Granny Smith apple
1 banana
2 cups kale
2 scoops whey protein powder
4 ice cubes
1 cup water

I blend everything up except the whey and after it's all smooth, I add they whey after.
