I'm Leland.It's not about me.
It's about the next generation. I believe it's our responsibility to make the world a little better for those who come after us. To do that, we need as many people to break free of old paradigms and awaken to an innate way of leading that is driven by love, empathy, and human connection - not fear. To lead others effectively through meaningful and sustainable change, we must first prioritize leading ourselves. My journey of personal development began in 2002, and over time, I've dedicated myself to helping leaders bring their boldest visions to life and evolve into extraordinary human beings. I draw on 12+ years of leadership and business experience in high-growth tech companies where I managed multimillion-dollar projects across 3 continents, built products benefitting 20M+ students monthly, and developed leaders who have gone on to work for Apple and Google. My superpower is helping people tap into their inner wisdom, creativity, and truth - creating spaces that allow my clients to not only find their own answers, but live into even more powerful questions.
