Every coaching partnership is unique.  My services are deeply personalized for each client I work with.  Naturally, I only work with a limited number of clients at a time, and only those who are ready and willing to invest their courage, commitment, and time in service of their own growth.  It needs to be a great fit both ways.

Core:
  • 1x 60-minute Partnership Design session (zoom/phone)
  • 60-minute coaching sessions, typically every other week (zoom/phone)
  • Exercises, worksheets, frameworks, and tools
  • Unlimited email and text support within business hours
  • Access to my online coaching platform
  • 1x gift of a 30-minute coaching session for a friend or family member of your choosing (zoom/phone)

Add-on options:
  • 360 degree executive leadership feedback assessment with up to 15 participants, including board members, leadership team, and direct reports.  We use the feedback to create a vision & development plan which we incorporate into our 1:1 coaching.
  • 360 degree executive leadership feedback interviews with up to 15 participants (video or phone).
  • Tandem Skydive Experience - If you'd like to deepen your capacity to overcome fear by jumping out of a plane together, I can arrange this and have provided special coaching before and after the jump.
  • 1-day "deep dive" intensives where we spend a full day together out in nature, combining physical exercise, creativity, reflection, and coaching for an immensely powerful experience.
  • Personality and leadership assessment tools such as the Enneagram, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, DiSC, Leadership Circle Profile, Hogan Personality Tool, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, or Leadership Versatility Index.
  • If you live in the Bay Area, I am open to exploring in-person coaching together.

Leveraging my project management expertise, engineering background, team management experience, coaching skills, and intellectual curiosity, I incorporate leadership principles, behavioral psychology, neuroscience, management frameworks, somatic movement, and data-driven tools.

What to expect

  • We'll start by designing our partnership.  We'll discuss and collaborate on what kind of coaching relationship would best serve you, establish agreements, and set goals and success criteria.

  • We'll set a consistent time to coach together.  Typically, for an hour every 2 weeks for at least 3-6 months to focus purely on YOU.  I've found that this sustained regularity has been instrumental for momentum and lasting change.

  • We'll experiment with new concepts and tools.  As if we're playing in a sandbox together, we'll play with and explore various techniques and frameworks to shake things up and stretch you out of your comfort zone.

  • You'll journal for 20 minutes every week.  As we craft the life and career you want and take steps towards creating change, you'll regularly reflect on how you're doing, what you're learning, and how well-aligned you feel to your values.

  • We'll use my secure online coaching platform to capture action items, track metrics, set reminders, and share files. It's a powerful and heavily customizable system that keeps everything neatly in one place, accessible from any device.​
