I'm an executive coach who specializes in helping leaders and teams become the best through inner and outer work.

I struggle with perfectionism, people-pleasing, and putting myself out there as an introvert.

My lived experience has been shaped by experiencing losing loved ones to eating disorders, drug abuse, and mental anguish. // physical and mental illnesses.
I love to explore the intersection between domains.
I'm a former world-record skydiver, martial artist, and sleight-of-hand magician.
