What motivates you to coach?

​We've all experienced meaningful conversations that have shifted our lives in small but powerful ways.  Conversations where we can be open and honest and where we feel seen allow us to show up as we are without judgement or shame. 

​Cultivating these conditions help us to question our embedded narratives from a place of genuine curiosity, self-acceptance, and love.  From there, we can access and nurture the greater parts of ourselves that have been longing to emerge.

​I love the experience of being with another person in the space of created trust, commitment, and vision. 
I am constantly amazed by what happens when people become the creators of their lives.

It has been my great privilege to coach a wide variety of incredible leaders.
I have learned more from them than they could ever learn from me.

Currently, I only work with 8 private clients at one time.
This allows me to provide a unique level of focus and dedication to each.

I do this work because it calls to me.
