Hi, I'm Leland.I'm an executive coach, educator, and facilitator based in Silicon Valley.
I serve visionary entrepreneurs and business leaders who are committed to challenging the status quo to create positive change. They’re already successful, yet many sense that the mindset, skills, and habits that got them this far might also be the very things holding them back from reaching the next level. I specialize in creating deep, powerful experiences that transform both inwardly (self-awareness, purpose, confidence, resilience, decision-making, peak performance, peace) and outwardly (leadership, communication, strategy, impact, relationships, success, wealth).
