What does it take to succeed?
Some parts will be hard, others uncomfortable.  My role is to both challenge and support you in your growth to unlock more and more of your potential.  In my experience, the best progress/results will be determined by the extent to which you:
- Have a growth mindset, meaning being curious and open about your current mental models
- Are committed to taking action, doing the work, and leading change
- Willing to be vulnerable and go deep when appropriate (by yourself, with me, and with others)
- Willing to create space to reflect, think, and explore.

To build a trusting partnership that faclitates learning, growth, and to push you, I maintain a list of principles which outline my baseline style.  Customizations.

  • An extended 90-minute first call which includes a Design portion (how we want to work together in this partnership) + a quick walkthrough of my online coaching system
  • 5x 55-minute virtual calls over zoom or phone
  • Weekly journaling exercises, reflecting on the previous week and looking ahead
  • 24/7 access to my secure, online coaching platform that will help us centrally track action items, metrics, and all of our files
  • Email support during business hours
  • An additional 55-min Reflection session to celebrate your learning and growth and identify what you want to take forward with you.

logistics

How do we meet?
We typically meet for 55-minute sessions, every week or every other week, depending on the nature of your goals.  Most people prefer to meet over Zoom but we can also meet by phone or in person (logistics permitting).  Some clients enjoy sitting outside or walking in nature while we coach.  As long as you are in a quiet place and can be fully present, I am flexible.

How many clients do you work with?
I work with a maximum of 12 clients at a time.  This benefits both of us.  Each is able to have a depth and intensity of my presence.  It also allows me to keep myself nourished and balanced.  One of the best compliments I've ever received is, "I feel like I'm your only client."  That is how I strive to have each person feel in my practice.

At one point, I was coaching 30+ people at once and it spread me too thin.
