What's your approach?
Every coaching relationship is unique. 

​The goal is to create a trusted safe space to explore, challenge, experiment, and learn together.


In our first few conversations, you get to influence how much you want me to challenge you, whether you prefer more structure vs. organic free-flowing conversations, what types of action items would stretch you, and what kind of accountability would best serve you.  Deeper nuances will emerge as we work together.

I use evidence-based coaching techniques and weave in principles from behavioral psychology, neuroscience, conscious leadership, mindfulness, and stoicism.  I draw on 12+ years of experience in high-growth tech companies working in product development, program management, engineering, and consulting roles.
Schedule and logistics?
​I typically meet with people weekly or bi-weekly for 1 hour on a consistent day/time over zoom or phone. ​I recommend committing to a minimum of 3 months so that new insights have time to take root and changes become sustainable. The average length of my current engagements is over a year.
​
We begin with a complementary exploration session to get to know each other a little, unpack your goals, see if we're a good fit, and answer any questions you have. If we both enjoy and find value in that conversation, we schedule a follow-up session a week later at no charge.

​If we both decide to work together:
  • In the first two weeks, we dive deep into what makes you tick, uncover subconscious limiting beliefs, and identify your strengths and blindspots.
  • In the second two weeks, we draw out your vision and co-create a strategic growth plan to get there.
  • Guided by this vision, we experiment with taking bold action - developing healthy habits, shifting your mindset, and dissecting the wins and challenges you encounter on a daily basis to catalyze your growth.
  • You'll reflect at least every week with question prompts and journaling

These activities form the flywheel of your progress and continuous evolution. We continually measure, learn, and iterate based on what we observe together.
Say more about accountability?
To support our work, we use a secure, personalized, online coaching platform to track action items and metrics, send automated reminders via text and/or email, store all worksheets and journals, and capture key takeaways.  It's freaking amazing.

The system is accessible by desktop and mobile 24/7.
