We are all such multi-faceted creatures and yet, in today's world, we rarely get to acknowledge, let alone express, the capabilities of our full selves.
Many of us have parts that we resist, hide, or suppress because we feel ashamed, afraid of being judged, or because we believe we need to act a certain way to belong.
And yet, it's often precisely those parts of ourselves that hold the key to unlocking what we're truly capable of and awakening us to why we're here.
...and it's so much more than we can imagine.
I've spent most of my life learning how to better integrate different parts of myself into a greater whole - even the parts I hated or thought were useless. I've learned a lot from others as well as my own journey. It's an ongoing process, and I'm still discovering how various pieces resonate with and complement each other. The question that has driven me is, "How can I use what I've learned to help others become more of who they are, so that they can better serve those around them?"
My collective experience in product development, technology consulting, program management, education technology, and customer engineering leadership roles has given me phenomenal insight into what truly motivates people to develop themselves to tackle impactful work beyond themselves, and what it takes to sustain it.

I believe a large part of it comes down to awareness and choice.
Awareness that the path to success is non-linear.
Awareness that we have the ability to pause before we respond.
Awareness that people aren't broken and don't need to be fixed.
Awareness that what's in our way is often the key to our path forward.
Awareness that, in any given moment, there are other perspectives available to us.
Awareness that collaboration is the new paradigm.
Awareness that our thoughts create our reality.
Choosing to take calculated risks.
Choosing how we respond to external circumstances.
Choosing people AND profits.
Choosing to invest in ourselves.
Choosing what feels right in our heart.
Choosing to love.
Choosing to let go.
Choosing to serve.
Choosing to create.
Choosing to believe.
There's a lot we can't control, AND we can choose to focus on what we can control.
Awareness that we have the ability to pause before we respond.
