We'll start by designing our partnership. We'll discuss and collaborate on what kind of coaching relationship would best serve you, establish agreements, and set goals and success criteria.
We'll set a consistent time to coach together. Typically, for an hour every 2 weeks for at least 3-6 months to focus purely on YOU. I've found that this sustained regularity has been instrumental for momentum and lasting change.
We'll experiment with new concepts and tools. As if we're playing in a sandbox together, we'll play with and explore various techniques and frameworks to shake things up and stretch you out of your comfort zone.
You'll journal for 20 minutes every week. As we craft the life and career you want and take steps towards creating change, you'll regularly reflect on how you're doing, what you're learning, and how well-aligned you feel to your values.
We'll use my secure online coaching platform to capture action items, track metrics, set reminders, and share files. It's a powerful and heavily customizable system that keeps everything neatly in one place, accessible from any device.
